2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3209 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners shall appear as and when required.
