ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(II) of IPC in Crime No.28 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is second anticipatory bail petition, it is a case that the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the de facto complainant in a drunken mood and the victim sustained head injury and treated with 6 sutures. Hence earlier anticipatory bail petition for this petitioner was dismissed on the ground that, unless they are taken into custody and interrogated, the investigation cannot proceed and the police is unable to secure the accused persons.

3. At this juncture the petitioner has came with second anticipatory bail petition. Since, there is no change of circumstances to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
