(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 315 days in filing the above Writ Appeal, against the order, dated 9.7.2018 made in W.P.No.11080 of 2012.

2. The reason stated in the affidavit is that the delay caused on account of legal opinion sought for from the Special Government Pleader as to the feasibility of filing Writ Appeal.

3. We are satisfied with the reason assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the application if it is otherwise in order.
