Prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure the property in S.F.No.83/5 measuring 0.40 cents in S.F.No.83/5B sub-divided into 84/3A2, measuring 0.07 cents together 0.47 cents in patta No.2503 of No.14, Thaiyur Village, Kancheepuram Taluk and to lay the boundary stones as per challan dated 16.11.2016 and the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2017.
2. Heard Mr.K.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice to direct the respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner.
4. Taking into consideration the prayer sought for in the writ petition and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks form the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petitioner is disposed off. No costs.
