O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] Captioned writ petition has been filed by brother of a convict prisoner i.e., one 'Mr.Ramasamy i.e., Life Convict (Convict No.331), now lodged in Central Prison, Vellore' (hereinafter 'convict prisoner' for the sake of convenience and clarity).
2. Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, assisted by Mr.M.Sylvester John, Advocate, are before us.
3. Short point is, a representation dated 27.02.2023 has been given seeking one month ordinary leave for the convict prisoner. The complaint of the petitioner is that there is inaction qua this representation.
4. Learned Prosecutor, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents, submits that pursuant to the aforementioned representation, proceedings dated 21.03.2023 bearing reference No.5583/jF/3/2023 has been made and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: Page Nos.2/6

5. Learned Prosecutor submits, on instructions, that a fresh representation as and when received will be disposed of within a fortnight from the date of receipt of the fresh representation by the respondents. This submission is recorded.
