b) by directing the defendants to pay a sum of Rs.1 Crore as compensation for the tortious act of trespass.
c) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants, their men, agents, servants in anyway interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule property and the running of the school "Ashram Matriculation School, at suit schedule property by the society of the plaintiff, except under due process of laws and for costs.

JUDGMENT
In view of the compromise memo recorded in the Civil Suit in C.S.No.189 of 2014, the plaintiff in this suit seeks permission to withdraw the suit and has also filed a memo stating that the matter has been settled between the parties out of Court. 2.Accordingly, this civil suit stands dismissed as settled out of court. The full court fee shall be refunded to Sree Raghavendra Educational Society as per law. Consequently, connected applications are closed. No costs.
