This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15974 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24733 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.15974 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24733 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
