ORDER

The 1st respondent has passed an order dated 16.12.2014, wherein and whereunder the application submitted by the petitioner was disposed of pursuant to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 20.06.2013 in W.P.No.12929 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents have not conducted inspection and they have mechanically passed an order, inventing fresh reasons for rejection.

3. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision now taken by the respondent, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 16.12.2014. The contempt petition is closed with the above observation.
