This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 27.02.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.3909 of 2023 in paragraph 7, in which the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one surety must be a blood related surety).

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (one surety must be a close related surety).
