Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent pertaining to the order made in detain the detenu under 2(b) of Tamilnadu Act of 1982, as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondent to produce the detenu Ramesh @ Rameshkumar, S/o. (late) Kandhan, aged about 22 years, who is deatined in Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and et him at liberty. For Petitioner :

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 22.02.2019 in BCDFGISSSV No.102/2019 detaining her son as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1274 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 08.04.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
