ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.828 of 2015 and file the Charge Sheet report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpattu in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.828 of 2015 on 26.09.2015, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
