This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking issuance of Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners, who are the daughters of Mrs.Maina J. Nichani and the sisters of Ms.Shoba J. Nichani.

2. Mrs.Maina J. Nichani died on 21.10.1999. Ms. Shoba J. Nichani died on 17.01.2015. They had shares certificate in their names and also bank accounts. In view of the same, it was required Succession Certificate to be issued. Necessary procedure had been followed.

3. The first petitioner was examined as PW-1. Exs. P-1 and P2 are the death certificates of Mrs.Maina J.Nichani and Ms. Shoba J.Nichani, Ex.P-3 is the legal heirship certificate, Exs. P-4, P-5 and P-6 are the documents relating to the shares and the bank accounts.

4. In view of these facts and since necessary documents had been produced, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction is issued for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the debts and to receive the interest, dividends thereon and Negotiate and Transfer the Securities specified in the schedule. The petitioners are directed to render accounts once in a year.
