This application has been filed to order the full Court fee refund of Rs.17,26,646/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Six Hundred forty six only) paid by the Applicant in C.S.No.302 of 2017. 2.The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that C.S.No.302 of 2017 was decreed by order of this Court on 29.04.2024. The learned counsel further submits that the matter was settled out of court through compromise, however, inadvertently they failed to make a claim for refund of court fee. 3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the 2/4
