These applications have been filed for extension of the term of Arbitral Tribunal in Arbitration Case No.38 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents is present and said no objection for the extension of time, since the time limit for the arbitration proceedings expired by 07.02.2020, which is also filed in the typed set of papers.

3. In view of the above, the time is extended for further period of six months.
