This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 11.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21234 of 2019, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2019, after issuance of notice to the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent complied the order passed by this Court. He also produced a copy of the communication sent by the respondent before this Court.
