2. The learned District Munsif, Alandur is directed to dispose of the said I.A.No.978 of 2017 in O.S.No.43 of 2011 within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above terms. No costs.
