Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to repay the amount deposited by the petitioner with the respondent for the tender for the year 2008-09 in respect of the maintenance of toilet of Government Children Hospital, Egmore, Chennai before the present tender date of 26/3/2010 with interest and consequently, allow the petitioner to participate in the present tender process as notified in Ma.Aa.7.Na.Ka.No.E2/2073/2010 dated 11.3.2010 in respect of the very same place for the toilet of Government Children Hospital, Egmore, Chennai.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the writ petition. 2.In view of the submission and the endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
