ORDER

(1) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner earlier reported that the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition is no more. A

Memo was filed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on 30.06.2021 informing the death of petitioner on 06.10.2020. The learned counsel further stated in the Memo, that he had informed one Mr.G.Venugopal who is the son of deceased petitioner, to file necessary petition before the Court to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. It is further stated that the said Mr.G.Venugopal did not co-operate with the counsel. He had given change of Vakalat. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that he has no instructions. (2) In this circumstance, this Court is unable to adjourn this matter for further hearing as the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instruction after the death of sole petitioner. Hence, The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as abated.

(3) No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
