Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the new officer has taken charge as a District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram and he has fixed the hearing date and posted the matter on 04.02.2016 and an assurance is made before this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on behalf of the District Revenue Officer, Kancheepuram that the

final orders will be passed immediately after the enquiry is concluded.
