When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners have filed Crl.O.P.No.5349 of 2024 to quash the FIR and this Court has also granted interim order.

2. In view of the above, there is no appearance of arrest and the grant of anticipatory bail does not arise. Thereby, this criminal original petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file an appropriate application in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
