ORDER

This Court, by order dated 14.02.2014, directed the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2013, by passing appropriate orders in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order. Since the order has not been complied with by

the respondent within the stipulated period, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that by considering the representation of the petitioner, the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Vellore, has passed appropriate order on 14.11.2014.

3. Since the order of this Court dated 14.02.2014 has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
