ORDER

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 465, 468, 469, 471, 489, 506(1) IPC and Sections 3(1)(iv), 3(1)(v) and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (POA) Act 1989, seeks a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court under SC & ST (POA) Act) at Perambalur, Perambalur District, to consider and dispose of his bail application on the same day of his surrender before the Court in connection with Crime No.330 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the Court below and is ready to furnish solvent surety in the event of releasing him on bail and he is also ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought herein and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned District and Sessions Judge (Special Court under SC & ST (POA) Act) at Perambalur, Perambalur District, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, (Special Court under SC & ST (POA) Act) at Perambalur, Perambalur District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
