ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to implead the proposed 8th respondent as a necessary party in the above Second Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for petitioners/appellants would submit that pending proceedings, the 8th respondent had caused interference and a police complaint was also lodged by the petitioners, wherein he has agreed

not to cause interference by writing on 13.10.2020 before the Baluchettychatram Police Station, Kancheepuram District. Even then, he is disturbing their possession. Hence, necessity arose to file this petition to implead him as a 8th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering his submissions stating that during the pendency of proceedings, the proposed 8th respondent had caused interference, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. The proposed party is impleaded as 8th respondent in the above Second Appeal. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.

4. Issue notice to the 8th respondent through court returnable by 13.02.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

5. Post the matter on 13.02.2025.
