Respondent COMMON PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, praying to modify the condition in para 6(b) imposed in order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16393 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025; and to extend the time to execute the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16393 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025.

Crl.O.P.No.16393 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025; and to extend the time to execute the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16393 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 1st petitioner is a daily coolie and the 2nd petitioner is differently abled. Hence, he would submit that it is too difficult for the petitioners to comply with the said condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent police.

4.Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 11.07.2025 in Para No.6(b), that the petitioners to deposit Rs.25,000/- as a non-refundable deposit to the credit of Madras High Court Advocates Association, is totally relaxed and two weeks time is granted to execute the sureties, as directed by this Court. No further extension of time will be granted.
