This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.581 of 2024 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 296(b),

115(2), 118(1), 351(3), 303(2) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of TN Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 as against the petitioner and others. 2.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.581 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore on 17.11.2025. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
