ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report for the crime committed by the accused person in Crime No.63 of 2014, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.63 of 2014 has been registered by the respondent Police.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
