Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2019 seeking patta of 3.22 Acres of land in Survey Nos.83/3, 86/1, 86/2, 86/3, 87/1, 87/2, 88, 89/1, 89/4 and 90/2 in Seemapuram Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to inadvertence certain error to mention the survey numbers. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs.
