ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2015, investigate and submit a final report according to law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has made allegation on land grabbing in her complaint dated 04.02.2015 and the same has been enquired into by the 2nd respondent police in CSR No.34 of 2015. The petitioner has been advised to file a fresh complaint before the Land Grabbing Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to give a copy of the complaint dated 04.02.2015 to the Land Grabbing Cell in Thiruppur District and on such complaint being given, action shall be taken in accordance

with law.

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
