Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Modify the condition imposed on the Petitioners is that should appear before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.3442 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2318/2022 dated 16.03.2022 and pass such or other orders to deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of this case and render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAGHULGANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. No.3442 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2318 of 2022 by an order dated 16.03.2022.

2. At request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Friday at 10.30 a.m. is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer on every Wednesday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 13/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
