This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the case in M.C.No.19 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Attur, Salem District to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Trichy, Trichy District. 2.Though so many grounds raised by the petitioner for transfer of maintenance case filed by the respondents. This Court is not inclined to transfer the maintenance case filed by the respondents herein in M.C.No.19 of 2015. The 2nd respondent is the daughter of the petitioner and the 1st respondent is the wife. It is also seen from the records, the petitioner is residing at Ariyalur District and now he seeks transfer of the maintenance case to Trichy District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Attur, Salem District, is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.19 of 2015 within the period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
