The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2015, take necessary legal action as per law and file final report within the time frame.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 18.04.2015 and take action in accordance with law. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the police for conducting the enquiry.
