These miscellaneous petitions seek impleadment of the proposed respondents/promottes in the writ petitions.

2.Notices were issued to the proposed respondents/promotees vide order dated 20.03.2019 and the notices were made returnable by 08.04.2019. The notices were served and affidavit of service had been filed, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf, despite the names of the proposed respondents/promotees being shown in the cause list.

3.In the absence of any response having been filed by them, the miscellaneous petitions stand allowed.
