ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to pass an order of direction directing the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thriuvannamalai to decide the above application for bail in Crl.M.P.No.1171 of 2021, filed by the petitioners herein, within a stipulated period on merits and in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the above bail application is posted for next hearing on 16.04.2021.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai, to decide the above application for bail in Crl.M.P.No.1171 of 2021 on the next date of hearing and pass an appropriate order without any further delay.
