3. Without delving into the merits of the case, the respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2025 and pass orders on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
