This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for the transfer of the investigation in Crime No.325 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police to the 2nd respondent or any other agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that after the registration of the FIR in Crime No.325 of 2021, the first respondent completed the investigation and the same was closed as "Mistake of Facts".
