ORDER

This writ petition has been filed forbearing the first and second respondents and their men, servants or agents or any of person claiming under them from in any manner interfering or demolishing and putting up construction in the properties comprised in S.F.No.997/15 and S.F.No.997/14 situated at Thondamuthur Village, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instruction, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that no demolition or interference and putting up construction in the properties comprised in S.F.No.997/15 and S.F.No.997/14 situated at Thondamuthur Village, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore. The subject property is a patta land owned by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondents 1 and 2 are restrained from in any manner interfering and demolishing and putting up construction in the properties comprised in S.F.No.997/15 and S.F.No.997/14 situated at Thondamuthur Village, Coimbatore South, Coimbatore.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
