.. Respondents PRAYER: The Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent herein for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 23.01.2020 in W.P.No.34155 of 2012.

O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and he has filed a status report to that effect. The Status Report discloses that the pension for the month of October, 2021, and November, 2021, to the tune of Rs.22,862/- was deposited in the bank account of the petitioner and it is further submitted that the pension will be deposited every month to the bank account of the petitioner.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
