The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of A.S. No.74 of 2018, within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The Learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is now required to dispose of A.S. No.74 of 2018, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order excluding the intervening summer holidays - 2022.
