The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.672 of 2005 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif's Court, Alandur. The said suit is pending trial since February 2008, after which several Interlocutory Applications had been filed one after the other to drag on the proceedings and the learned counsel for the Civil Revision Petitioners would submit that the suit still pending for plaintiff's side evidence. Learned District Munsif, Alandur is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or its production. Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
