Ms.V.Bhuvaneswari, a physically challenged person, has come to this Court seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider her representation dated 26.02.2016, wherein she has made a request to give her employment to the post of Nutritious Food Organizer. 2.Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the letter dated 27.01.2016 issued by the second respondent calling for applications for the post of Nutritious Food Organizer in the Nutritious Meal Centre in Melapunjai https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Panchayat Union Middle School, the petitioner has applied for the said post. After verification of her application and other relevant documents, the second respondent called for the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents, namely, Call letter, Transfer Certificate, Mark Sheet, Community Certificate, Disability Certificate and any document for residential proof, on 22.02.2016. She also appeared for the interview before the Block Development Officer, Pudupalayam, on 24.02.2016 at 9.00 a.m. and produced all the requisite documents. But, subsequently, one Mrs.Velvizhi, Wife of Ramajayam, was appointed on priority basis that she has donated 50 cents of land to the Melapunjai Panchayat Union Middle School, for the purpose of getting the Nutritious Food Organizer post.

4.When the petitioner is aware of the fact that one Mrs.Velvizhi has been appointed, without challenging the correctness of her appointment, citing that the petitioner has got superior merits than the said Mrs.Velvizhi, she cannot ask for a writ of direction to the second respondent to consider her representation.

Therefore, writ petition fails and is dismissed. No costs.
