This Criminal Revision Petition is filed against the bail order which was granted to the accused. For cancellation of bail, C.M.P.Nos.26563 & 26564 of 2016 have been filed with condone delay petition for condoning the delay of 391 days. 2.This revision is filed against the order of cancellation of bail granted to the 6th respondent/first accused herein in C.M.P.No.5306 of 2016. report from the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore. In his report dated 26.08.2011, the learned Magistrate has stated that the case investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.33/2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Cuddalore. Thereafter, the same was transferred to the Special Court for POCSO cases by re-assigning New.No. as Special S.C.No.7 of 2019. The Trial in this case is completed and P.W.1 to P.W.6 were examined and questioning in 313 is also over. 3.After hearing the argument, the learned Session Judge vide order dated 05.03.2020, had acquitted A1, A2, A4, A5, A7 and A8 under Section 10 of the Child Marriage Act 2006 and A6 also acquitted under Section 9 of the Child Marriage Act and case against A3 is separated. Since the main case itself is in acquittal, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
