ORDER

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed at Paragraph

No.9 (iv) of the order dated 17.12.2025 in Crl.A.No.1801 of 2025, directing the petitioner / appellant to appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders and on all hearing dates without fail. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed. In such circumstances, no useful purpose would be served by directing the petitioner to comply with the condition. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the SC / ST Court, Villupuram and it is yet to be taken on file. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court at paragraph No.9(iv) of the order dated 17.12.2025 stands modified to the effect that the petitioner / appellant shall report before the SC / ST Court, Villupuram on the first working day of April, 2026, and thereafter, on the date(s) fixed by the learned trial Judge.
