O R D E R

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2015 by conducting enquiry and make necessary entry in "A" register and issue patta in his name for patta No.421 for the punja lands measuring 1.11.0 hectares, comprised in survey No.626/3, situated in Ramanaickenpalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the 3rd respondent has not implemented the order of the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2015 by conducting enquiry and making necessary entires in "A" Register and issued patta in the name of the petitioner.

4.Mr.E.Balamurugan learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to implement the order of the 2nd respondent by conducting enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 3rd respondent to implement the order of the 2nd respondent dated 09.02.2015 by conducting enquiry and make necessary entries in the "A" register and also pass orders, with regard to the issuance of patta, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
