This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.12.2015 by strictly following ratio/guidelines laid down/framed by the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari's case reported in 2013(6)CTC 353. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.12.2015, petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 26.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
