ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 12.02.2016 made in I.A.No.19 of 2015 in A.S.No.8 of 2012 on the file third Additional District Court, Villupuram, Kallakurichi. 1/4

2. This Court vide order dated 24.07.2020 has directed the Registry to send the disputed documents along with admitted documents for getting expert's opinion. The Court also received the expert opinion on 24.08.2020 in a sealed cover.

Therefore,the Registry is directed to send the original documents and also the experts' opinions to the Appellate Court and the Appellate Court is directed to deal with the appeal on merits in accordance with law, after hearing the submissions of the learned counsel on either side.
