Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issuea writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the Petitioner's Application dated 10.04.2023 by updating the 'notice of change' in consonance with the Form VII submitted by the Petitioner's Association under Section 17 (2) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Rules, 1978, within a time frame stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
In view of the limited prayer that is made in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. Even the parties, who are opposed to the petitioner, are not parties in the writ petition, since this Court is not deciding any inter se rights, further orders are passed in this writ petition.
2. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has submitted a Form-VII and till date, no decision has been taken on the said 2/5
Form-VII. In view thereof, Mr.R.Sivakumar, the learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3. The second respondent is directed to take up the Form-VII submitted by the petitioner Association by their application dated 10.04.2023 and decide the same in the manner known to law. Needless mention that the second respondent will be entitled to issue notice to the petitioner and hear the petitioner and if the second respondent feels that if any other third party has also tobe heard in the matter, they can also be given an opportunity and decision in accordance with law shall be arrived at and final orders shall be passed on the Form-VII. The said exercise shall be completed, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
