ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.545 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the FIR came to be registered on 13.05.2019 against the accused persons, viz., Nikhil Kaushik and Prerak Naik under Sections 420 and 506(1) IPC, the respondent police has not taken any steps to file charge sheet. The petitioner is being victimized at the hands of the accused persons and it is his apprehension that the respondent Police is colluding with the accused persons. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) taking notice for the respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.545 of 2019 and file a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
