(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw the above writ petition with liberty to file an Appeal under Section 79 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of grounds in the writ petition.

2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an Appeal under section 79 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, in accordance with law.

No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
