The Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are listed today under the caption "for being mentioned", on the ground that only V Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is now functioning and therefore, the petitioners are unable to execute the bond and the sureties before the XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.

2. In view of the above, the satisfaction Court shall be modified as V Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and the same shall be incorporated in the order copies and fresh copies may be given to the learned counsel for the petitioners.
