The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2019 in the light of Section 32 of Public Health Act. When the matter is taken up, Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the said representation of the petitioner had already been disposed of. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No Costs.
